FlowStateAudio Terms of Use

Welcome to FlowStateAudio! By accessing or using our sample packs, preset packs, and other resources (collectively, the "Resources"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Resources. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Resources.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, downloading, or using any of the Resources provided by FlowStateAudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. FlowStateAudio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Resources after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  2. Royalty-Free License FlowStateAudio grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Resources in your music projects, including commercial releases, under the following conditions:

    • You may use the Resources in your music projects, including commercial releases, without incurring additional royalty fees.
    • You may sell beats or other musical works created using the Resources without additional royalty fees.
    • Exception: This royalty-free license does not apply to major label placements. If your music project using our Resources is placed with a major label, you must obtain a separate license from FlowStateaudio.

Major Label Placements:

The royalty-free usage does not extend to major label placements. In the event that you secure a placement with a major record label, such as Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, or any other major label, you must enter into a separate licensing agreement with FlowStateAudio.com for the use of our samples in that specific project.   1. Prohibited Uses

    • You may not redistribute, repack, or re-sell the Resources as standalone products or as part of another product.
    • You may not claim the Resources as your own.
    • You may not use the Resources in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

  2. Ownership and Intellectual Property All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Resources, including intellectual property rights, remain with FlowStateaudio. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Resources.

  3. Termination FlowStateAudio reserves the right to terminate your access to the Resources at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Resources.

  4. Limitation of Liability FlowStateAudio provides the Resources "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FlowStateaudio will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Resources.

  5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
